JAMES DODDS MSc CGeol FGS

James founded JDIH in 1998. His career as an international consultant spans over 20 years. James is a Chartered Geologist and Hydrogeologist specialising in water resources development regulation and mining / quarrying solutions. James regularly attends and presents key papers at UK and international conferences and is actively involved in the running of professional and special interest organisations such as the Geological Society of London and the UK Irrigation Association. James is heavily involved in high level regulatory liaison and has twice acted as a CAMS stakeholder Group Chairman.

JOHN FINDLAY MSc CEng MCIWEM FGS

John has over 25 years of international geosciences and engineering project management experience ranging from oil exploration to water resource management and treatment design. He joined JDIH in 2007 by merging his business, Envireau Water Solutions. John is heavily involved with the leisure industry with extensive experience in the spa sector, as well as large multisite holiday villages. John heads up our East Midlands office.

Tamsin is an Environmental Biologist and Water Resources Management specialist with a wide experience of abstraction licensing issues, abstraction licence applications, flood risk assessment and the supporting environmental impact assessments. Tamsin has been actively involved in the successful negotiation of difficult licence applications and resolving water-related problems associated with planning applications. Tamsin leads our Welsh office.

LEE CLARKE MSc MSc FGS

Lee is an MSc graduate Hydrogeologist with a diverse background spanning several disciplines, including Construction Engineering and an MSc in Exploration Geophysics. Lee has a key role in flood risk assessment and numerical hydrogeology and thermogeology, as well as modelling and numerical analysis.

DR PHIL HAM MEng PhD

Phil worked for 5 years in Scientific Research at the University of Utrecht, on a research project funded by the Dutch Scientific Organisation and assisted in university-level lecturing and training courses. After his return to the UK , Phil has worked as a Hydrogeologist on many large-scale projects including land remediation.  He has since joined JDIH Envireau specialising in ground sourced heating project management, assessment and modelling.

SIMON COFFEY MSc FGS

Simon is a geochemist with over nine years experience of consulting covering all aspects of contaminated land investigation and remediation, waste management, environment impact assessment, flood risk assessment as well as implementation of GIS packages.

Simon has a key role in managing land quality assessments and design for ground source heating and cooling projects, as well as water supply boreholes.
